Ajay, a small-time crook with dreams of becoming a big shot, robs the house of Naresh Kumar and looks to retire from active crime. He soon finds himself pursued by both the police and criminal elements, but manages to get help from Inspector Ramesh Sharma and his genial sidekick "Bunty."
